Text Request Launches FranConnect Integration

Text Request, the industry-leading business messaging platform, today announced an integration with FranConnect.

FranConnect is a leading franchise management software. With a large portion of its customers operating in the franchise space, Text Request has developed FranConnect integration to provide a more seamless experience for expanding franchisees and franchisees looking to connect. with their customers via texting. Integration users can now take advantage of the following features whether they use FranConnect CRM, FranConnect Sales, or both:

• Conversation sync pushes messages from text requests to FranConnect contact pages.
• Contact synchronization pulls contacts from FranConnect into a text-requiring contact list.
• Workflows allow customers to create SMS triggers to automatically send SMS to new leads as soon as they arrive at FranConnect.
