6 Best Enterprise Tools & Platforms For Technical SEO

Technical SEO can be overwhelming with massive websites and their infrastructure to maintain. Here are the top six tools that have been recommended. Search engines can crawl and index your information more easily if you have a solid technical infrastructure. Technical SEO can help increase your website’s exposure and organic traffic by enhancing technical components of the site, such as site structure, file compression, and load time. While many technical SEO chores can be done manually, there are various tools and platforms that can automate or simplify these operations. Here are some of the greatest enterprise-level technical SEO tools and platforms, along with why they’re great, what they can do, and how much they cost.

1. SEORadar

SEORadar, a powerful paid tool, provides focused URL change monitoring and alerts related to site changes which can negatively impact organic traffic. This is a fantastic platform to have in your arsenal. When something gets broken, you want to know before it harms your site and bottom line. For example, let’s say you’re Nike.com and your Air Jordan page goes from a 200 to a 404 error. If you added that page to the list of URLs you want to track in SEORadar, you would get notified the moment the URL status code changes to a 404. More importantly, you can fix the issues before they have a noticeable impact on traffic and revenue. Further, if a page appears to have been deleted or removed, and your client wants to know why their traffic declined, SEORadar can verify that the page brought in $3 million in revenue, wasn’t deleted, and any redirects didn’t result in any significant revenue loss. Another cool SEORadar feature: You can control what pages and what alerts are triggered and get source code and screenshots archived. This is a great feature if you have a site with thousands of pages that bring in tons of traffic, revenue, and sales. Price: SEORadar is not cheap. Be prepared to shell out big bucks every month, especially if you have an enterprise-level website with hundreds of thousands, or millions, of important landing pages. But it all may be worth it.

2. seoClarity

seoClarity is one of the greatest all-in-one SEO tools available, providing AI insights and automating SEO execution. Another fantastic feature is that seoClarity allows for infinite crawls with no restrictions on crawl depth, crawl speed, or data exports. You can crawl JS, get log file analysis, and track real-time bugs with seoClarity. The platform is fantastic because it recently acquired RankSense, a company that provides marketers with rapid SEO results at scale and can make modifications to most SEO meta tags, structured data, and redirects right away. Price: Custom and considerably less expensive than BrightEdge, Searchmetrics, Conductor, and other similar services. Pricing starts at roughly $750 per month, with custom plans available.

3. Screaming Frog

A desktop application popular among technical SEO pros, Screaming Frog allows you to crawl websites and analyze various technical SEO factors. It also boasts an extensive list of features, including the ability to integrate with other tools and platforms. Screaming Frog offers several features that make it easier to manage technical SEO tasks, such as site migrations, 404 errors, page speed, running list crawls, crawling staging sites, etc. It is one of my favorite tools for running list crawls and accomplishing a quick crawl. If, however, you’re running a huge website like Best Buy, it could take a while to crawl because of the millions of URLs. In those instances, I would recommend a more enterprise-level crawling platform like Botify, Deepcrawl, or Oncrawl. Price: Free for up to 500 URLs. The paid version is €149 per year.

4. Botify

Botify is an excellent crawler for large companies. Data segmentation and holistic views that include keywords, crawls, and log files are among the most useful aspects. Botify is the tool to use if you have a large website and need to crawl it or perform a technical assessment. It has one of the space’s quickest crawlers. Your site can be crawled at 250 URLs per second, and your JavaScript can be rendered at 100 URLs per second. Botify also tracks an unlimited number of keyword queries based on real-world data and interfaces with your website analytics and GSC to collect income, traffic, and other crucial information. Using machine learning, the Botify Intelligence tool selects your highest-impact possibilities and notifies you to potential SEO issues, which are ranked by impact. It’s great to easily see what you should tackle first. Price: Botify does not list pricing, but they do offer three plans to choose from.

5. Deepcrawl

Deepcrawl, another excellent technical SEO engine, provides website crawling and analysing capabilities. It generates extensive information on a variety of technical SEO criteria, such as site structure, file sizes, and redirects, among other things. The Deepcrawl Monitor Hub is one of my favourite features. Using the hub, you can keep track of website modifications and discover any problems. It also has a trendspotting dashboard that keeps track of all of your domains and projects in one location. Deepcrawl is also quick, crawling large enterprise sites at scale and providing actionable data. Deepcrawl does not provide pricing information on its website.

6. Oncrawl

If you need to perform a technical audit, Oncrawl, an enterprise SEO crawler and log analyzer, is the tool to use. To deliver actionable insights and improve your technical SEO, Oncrawl employs machine learning and data science. Oncrawl is a particularly cost-effective option. Oncrawl is a wonderful option if you’re an SEO professional or a small agency on a budget. Except for monitoring and warnings, the platform has most of the same features as its competitors. BrightEdge and Conductor are strong enterprise-level solutions as well, but they weren’t included because BrightEdge acquired Oncrawl, and Conductor has Deepcrawl integration built in. Oncrawl has three pricing options, starting at €49 per month.
